Micheal Turk has been selling real estate since 1988. After graduating from University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts, Hon (Waterloo, Ontario) Micheal chose real estate as a career; this is in contrast to majority of real estate practitioners who come to real estate from other fields. His enthusiasm about real estate sales earned him eight listings and four sales in the first 6 weeks in real estate in 1988.

Micheal joined Re/Max West Realty Inc. in 1989 and worked there until 1996 where he earned many sales awards including Executive Club, 100% Club, top Sales Person in Office and ranked number 46 in all of Canada among Re/max 'agents'.

Micheal successfully owned and operated his own incorporated real estate company, Dream Homes Real Estate Inc., Brokerage. from 1996 to 2011. Although enjoying management aspects of running a corporation and training agents Micheal decided to set aside his company and join Royal Lepage Real Estate Services Ltd. as a trading broker to focus on buying and selling needs of his clients. Micheal has ranked in the top 5% of all real estate agents in GTA since 1992 consistently according to an independent real estate statistics company.

Micheal is married and lives in Etobicoke (The Kingsway neighbourhood). Micheal spends much of his spare time with his two teenage children. Micheal and his family enjoy the Great Canadian outdoors and recreational activities.
